One of them proved to be especially annoying, constantly trying to pull off the scarf she was using to hide her face.

After Amanda and the driver accompanying her asked him several times in vain to not touch her, she finally snapped and called him “an ugly black man.”

She tried to make the judge believe that what she threw out of the window was in fact “just a vase.”

Prosecutors pressed for Bynes be given a $1,000 bail, but the judge rather released her without bail and he gave her instead the warning that if she misses to appear in court in July he would be issue a warrant for her arrest.
